1. Acceptance of Terms

11. Deposits and Verification

12. Rollover Requirement

13. Beneficial Ownership

19. Taxation

Slots Capital may add, remove, or alter any games or features at any time without notice.

21. Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for 180 days are considered dormant, and real-money balances may be voided.

22. Account Security

You are responsible for securing your credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

23. Forgotten Credentials

Slots Capital is not liable for account access issues due to lost credentials unless caused by its own error.

24. Technical Failures

Slots Capital shall not be liable for any loss, interruption, or damage arising from technical malfunctions, connection failures, server issues, software bugs, or any form of system error. This includes failed communications, data loss, delays, or corruption caused by third-party services or unexpected outages.

Furthermore, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Casino. You accept that you use our services at your own risk and on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

25. Cheating or Defamation

We reserve the right to report and publicize confirmed cheating or defamation. Your identity may be shared with other operators or agencies.

26. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Slots Capital, along with its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, agents, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

Slots Capital shall not be responsible for any damages or losses beyond its direct control and expressly disclaims any liability for consequential or punitive damages.

27. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, concepts, and content on the website are the sole property of Slots Capital or its licensors. You acquire no rights by using the website. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

28. Invalid Game Materials

Game materials are void if tampered with or found to have technical errors. Our liability is limited to replacement.

29. Submission of Materials

Submitted materials become the property of the Casino and will not be returned. We are not liable for lost or misdirected submissions.

30. Transaction Records

We recommend that you print and retain all transaction records, game rules, and communication with support for your own records.

31. Approved Betting Channels

All wagers must be made through the official Casino interface. Use of automated programs or "robots" is prohibited and may result in account termination.

36. Country Restrictions

Players from the following countries are not permitted to register or play: Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Austria, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Estonia, Finland, Guam, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Mexico, Moldova, Netherlands Antilles, Pakistan, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Russia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, United States Virgin Islands (USVI).

37. Offensive Behavior

Abusive, offensive, or threatening language directed at Casino staff or other players will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to profane, sexist, racist, or defamatory content in chat, email, usernames, or player IDs. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or lock offensive usernames.
  • Suspend or permanently close accounts.
  • Remove eligibility for bonuses or winnings.
  • Violation of this clause will be handled at the sole discretion of the Casino.

38. Withdrawal Limits

The maximum withdrawal limit is between $1,000 and $2,500 per week, depending on your account or VIP status. Winnings exceeding this limit may be paid in installments over multiple weeks.

39. Comp Points

As part of our loyalty rewards program, Slots Capital grants Comp Points for real-money play. The rate at which you earn points depends on the game type and your VIP level. Accumulated points may be redeemed at a rate of 1,000 points = $1.00 USD.

  • All redeemed points must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal.
  • While wagering Comp Points, no maximum bet limit applies.
  • There is no cap on the total amount that may be withdrawn from Comp Point winnings.

General Bonus terms

40. WHILE A BONUS IS ACTIVE, THE MAXIMUM BET ALLOWED IS $10 (or equivalent if using another currency) PER SPIN or WAGER. This applies to all Slots Capital games. In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus ($10 being the maximum unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise). The following terms & Conditions apply to all of bonuses offered at Slots Capital casino. A bonus is completed when the winnings are requested to be paid out from the bonus, or the balance decreases to be $0 and the bonus is removed by the system. 

 

41. Only players who have registered a Real account are eligible to receive Promotions. The Bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account, as per our terms of use. 43. Players must claim and receive their bonus before they start playing with their initial deposit. Requests for the bonus once players have started wagering their initial deposit will be refused.

 

44. Bonuses will be credited to the Player's Real Account as Casino Credits only, unless otherwise stated.

45. For account verification and fraud prevention purposes, all players must make a deposit of min. $25 (25 EUR, 25 AUD, 25 GBP and 250 RAND) before they can withdraw. One time rollover is attached to this deposit. All deposits must be wagered, in full, a minimum of one-time before a withdrawal may be requested. 

  • If a deposit has not been turned over at least once before requesting a withdrawal, customer is not allowed to withdraw. To comply with Anti-money laundering Regulations, Player is not allowed to request for withdrawal without play through.

 

46. Unless otherwise stated, all free bonuses must be wagered at least 60 times before withdrawal. Wagering on the following games is automatically excluded and does not count towards meeting the wagering requirements:

  • All types of Blackjack
  • Video Poker
  • Craps
  • American Roulette
  • European Roulette (when played with an active bonus)
  • Baccarat
  • Other table games and non-pokies games

If you play any excluded games before meeting the wagering requirements, the Casino reserves the right to void all winnings and may take additional action, including account closure. Withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirements are satisfied will be declined until the requirements have been fully met.

These restrictions are in place to ensure fairness and adherence to promotional terms.

 

47. Following the redemption of a bonus, if the player wishes to make a withdrawal which is greater than their deposit, they must have an amount greater than the sum of the deposit + bonus. For example, if a player makes a purchase US$100 and receives a bonus of US$100, then requests a withdrawal of US$190, this will result in US$190 being returned to the player's casino account. The player will only be able to withdraw again once their balance either exceeds US$200 or when the promotion is removed.

 

48. A promotion is considered completed when a player meets the wagering requirements and a cashout is made or when the balance is exactly zero. When a promotion is not completed it will be cleared when the balance reaches exactly zero.

 

49. Players with one or more pending withdrawals in their account are only eligible to claim bonuses, including promotional offers, once those withdrawals are processed or cancelled. To ensure compliance, such bonuses will not be available for claiming in the first place. Abuse of this policy, as determined by the casino, may lead to the cancellation of winnings.

 

50. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and all promotional offers are only available to those players to whom the offer was issued directly by the casino. Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.

 

51. Bonuses may be refused at the discretion of the management if abuse of promotions is suspected. All withdrawals will be audited and refused where there is suspected fraud or at the casino management's discretion.

 

52. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted in this "Terms and Conditions" section of the web site. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis and to check any additional rules detailed within promotional emails. Should you be unclear about any point relating to a specific promotion, it is your responsibility to contact the support team and gain a full understanding before partaking in a promotion.

 

53. Any promotion or offer is terminable at any time in accordance with the views of management without prior notice or obligation.

 

54. The management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries or individual promotional offers. Promotional offers via email, telephone or mail are extended only to the player whom the correspondence is addressed.

 

55. The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and the Company with regards to the claiming of any promotional or bonus offers.

 

56. Any bonus of 100% or more is sticky and non-cashable.

 

Free Bonus Rules

 

57. Sometimes Slots Capital Casino will have promotions going on which players will receive a bonus with no previous deposits required. (E.g. Free Money). Below you will find the rules that players must follow when it comes to free money promotions.

 

58. Non-depositing customers are only eligible to claim winnings from a free bonus once. Non-depositing bonuses include welcome bonuses, cashback, no-deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, and free spins. Withdrawal requests will be cancelled, and winnings will be voided thereafter.

 

59. The Casino is aware that some free bonus links may be posted on other sites or through out forums or the information that the potential player received has been sent to others who didn't receive it. If we have enough grounds to prove that a player did NOT receive that particular promotion through the exclusive means that this promotion was sent out to, we will not honor any withdrawal requests from the player, even if he/she has met wagering criteria.

 

60. Any winnings made from this bonus money can be redeemed if the amount of the cash out is above $25.00 USD.

 

61. The maximum redemption amount that players can obtain due to winnings made from existing and previous free money promotions is $180 USD unless otherwise specified. Any funds left from free winnings will be immediately removed from the player account after processing the withdrawal. The person who tries to go above this limit will have the funds removed from his/her account.

 

62. Withdrawals from free bonus promotions are only processed when a copy of a utility bill is received, matching the address registered on your Slots Capital account.

 

63. The entire bonus amount must be played before requesting a withdrawal. To be able to withdraw funds from free money players need to wager 40 times the amount of the bonus received, players with no deposits made within the last 14 days will be subject to this rule. An example is if you receive a free $5 sign up bonus, you must wager $200 before you are able to cash out any winnings. Wagers made on Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Video Pokers and any type of Black Jack games do not count towards meeting the wagering requirements.

 

64. Currently bonuses are not available to players in the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, India, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Montenegro, Portugal, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine do not qualify for any promotions or bonuses at Slots Capital Casino.

 

65. Winnings made on duplicate accounts will automatically become void and will be removed from the accounts.

 

66. Please note that restrictions on game play strictly apply to these bonuses. Once wagering requirements have been met, players are welcome to play any of our casino games.

 

67. Please note that Terms & Conditions concerning all bonuses are in addition to the General Terms & Conditions of Slots Capital Casino.

 

68. Customers may not redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offers consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.
