1. Acceptance of Terms

10. Account Closure

- If you operate or access more than one active account, even with differing personal details.

- If you provide false or unverifiable registration, account, or identity information.
- If you are found to be underage or otherwise ineligible to use our services.

- If you have committed any of the above violations at another online casino.
11. Deposits and Verification
Deposits must be made using a payment method in the same name as the account holder. Verification documentation, including ID and card copies, may be required.
12. Rollover Requirement

13. Beneficial Ownership

Slots Capital may add, remove, or alter any games or features at any time without notice.
21. Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for 180 days are considered dormant, and real-money balances may be voided.
22. Account Security
You are responsible for securing your credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
23. Forgotten Credentials
Slots Capital is not liable for account access issues due to lost credentials unless caused by its own error.
24. Technical Failures
Slots Capital shall not be liable for any loss, interruption, or damage arising from technical malfunctions, connection failures, server issues, software bugs, or any form of system error. This includes failed communications, data loss, delays, or corruption caused by third-party services or unexpected outages.
Furthermore, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Casino. You accept that you use our services at your own risk and on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
25. Cheating or Defamation
We reserve the right to report and publicize confirmed cheating or defamation. Your identity may be shared with other operators or agencies.
26. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Slots Capital, along with its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, agents, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
(i) your access to or use of the Casino or website;
(ii) your participation in any games;
(iii) your acceptance of any winnings or bonuses;
(iv) your breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
(v) any unauthorized or unlawful use of your account.
Slots Capital shall not be responsible for any damages or losses beyond its direct control and expressly disclaims any liability for consequential or punitive damages.
27. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, concepts, and content on the website are the sole property of Slots Capital or its licensors. You acquire no rights by using the website. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
28. Invalid Game Materials
Game materials are void if tampered with or found to have technical errors. Our liability is limited to replacement.
29. Submission of Materials
Submitted materials become the property of the Casino and will not be returned. We are not liable for lost or misdirected submissions.
30. Transaction Records
We recommend that you print and retain all transaction records, game rules, and communication with support for your own records.
31. Approved Betting Channels

37. Offensive Behavior
Abusive, offensive, or threatening language directed at Casino staff or other players will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to profane, sexist, racist, or defamatory content in chat, email, usernames, or player IDs. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or lock offensive usernames.
- Suspend or permanently close accounts.
- Remove eligibility for bonuses or winnings.
- Violation of this clause will be handled at the sole discretion of the Casino.
38. Withdrawal Limits
The maximum withdrawal limit is between $1,000 and $2,500 per week, depending on your account or VIP status. Winnings exceeding this limit may be paid in installments over multiple weeks.
39. Comp Points
As part of our loyalty rewards program, Slots Capital grants Comp Points for real-money play. The rate at which you earn points depends on the game type and your VIP level. Accumulated points may be redeemed at a rate of 1,000 points = $1.00 USD.
- All redeemed points must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal.
- While wagering Comp Points, no maximum bet limit applies.
- There is no cap on the total amount that may be withdrawn from Comp Point winnings.
41. General Bonus terms
The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is $10 (currency equivalent) per spin or wager. This applies to all Slots Capital games. In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus ($10 being the maximum unless specifically stated otherwise). The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bonuses offered at Slots Capital Casino. A bonus is considered completed when winnings are requested to be paid out from the bonus, or when the balance decreases to $0 and the bonus is removed by the system.
41.1 Only players who have registered a Real Account are eligible to receive Promotions. Bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account. If a second account is opened, it will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled. Email verification is required.
41.2 Each promotional offer is available only once per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, and shared computer environment (including universities, schools, public libraries, workplaces, and similar locations).
41.3 Players must claim and receive their bonus before they start playing with their initial deposit. Requests made after wagering has begun may be refused.
41.4 Bonuses will be credited to the Player's Real Account as Casino Credits only, unless otherwise stated.
41.5 For account verification and fraud prevention purposes, all players must make a minimum deposit of $25 (or equivalent currency) before they can withdraw. A one-time rollover requirement applies to this deposit. All deposits must be wagered in full at least once before a withdrawal may be requested.
41.6 Unless otherwise stated, all free bonuses must be wagered at least sixty (60) times before withdrawal. Wagering on the following games does not count toward wagering requirements:
- All Blackjack variants
- Video Poker
- Craps
- American Roulette
- European Roulette (when played with an active bonus)
- Baccarat
- Other table games and non-slot games.
If excluded games are played before wagering requirements are met, the Casino reserves the right to void winnings and take further action, including account closure.
41.7 Following the redemption of a bonus, if a player wishes to withdraw an amount greater than their deposit, the account balance must exceed the combined value of the deposit and bonus.
41.8 A promotion is considered completed when wagering requirements have been met and a withdrawal is processed, or when the balance reaches zero.
41.9 Players with one or more pending withdrawals are not eligible to claim additional bonuses until those withdrawals have been processed or cancelled.
41.10 A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
41.11 Bonuses may be refused at management's discretion where promotional abuse is suspected.
41.12 The Company reserves the right to amend these Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
41.13 Any promotion or offer may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of management.
41.14 Management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries, jurisdictions, or individual players from promotional offers.
41.15 These Bonus Terms constitute the complete agreement regarding promotional offers and supersede any prior representations or understandings.
41.16 Any bonus of 100% or greater is considered sticky and non-cashable.
42. Free Bonus Rules
42.1 Slots Capital Casino may periodically offer promotions that provide bonuses without a prior deposit requirement.
42.2 Non-depositing customers are only eligible to claim winnings from a free bonus once. This includes welcome bonuses, cashback bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, and free spins.
42.3 If a free bonus is distributed through specific channels and the Casino determines that a player was not an intended recipient, any winnings and withdrawal requests may be deemed invalid.
42.4 Winnings derived from free bonus funds may only be redeemed when the withdrawal amount exceeds $25 USD.
42.5 Unless otherwise specified, the maximum redemption amount from free money promotions is $180 USD.
42.6 Withdrawals from free bonus promotions will only be processed after receipt and verification of a utility bill matching the registered account address.
42.7 The entire free bonus amount must be wagered before requesting a withdrawal. Players must generally wager forty (40) times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw winnings.
42.8 Wagers placed on Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Video Poker, and all Blackjack variants do not contribute toward free bonus wagering requirements.
42.9 Players from the following countries are not eligible for bonuses or promotions: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, India, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Montenegro, Portugal, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
42.10 Winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be void and removed from the account.
42.11 Game restrictions may apply to free bonus promotions until wagering requirements have been satisfied.
42.12 These Free Bonus Rules supplement and form part of the General Terms and Conditions and Bonus Terms.
42.13 Customers may not redeem multiple free bonuses or free spin offers consecutively without making a real-money deposit between promotions.
42.14 Unless otherwise specified, free spin bonuses are subject to a maximum cashout limit of $180 USD.
